RECOGNISING AND UNLEASHING THE TALENT WITHIN.
BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS POTENTIAL WAITING TO EMERGE.
BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS POTENTIAL WAITING TO EMERGE.
At Chrysalis Talent Development, our mission is to provide exceptional talent management consultancy and executive coaching to drive your employee engagement, reduce attrition, and achieve your business goals.
We strive to deliver customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Our values are integral to the way we work:
We assess your employee journey from talent acquisition through onboarding and performance management, to learning and development, career progression and succession planning. We then recommend improvements to your talent management strategy to achieve the results you desire, and can deliver these for you, hand them to your HR department, or work in partnership with them.
We provide executive coaching with a particular focus on leadership development and career transition. Because everyone has potential waiting to emerge.
We utilise our Talent Management Maturity Framework to assess your talent management strategy and processes against a number of talent topics, such as recruitment, learning and development, and talent development. We then craft tailored recommendations to boost your maturity level, aligning with your business goals and with the aim of increasing employee engagement and reducing attrition.
The best part? You're in control. Choose which solutions to implement, whether it's a single focus area or a full-scale transformation. We recommend a phased approach, ensuring smooth change management, but the pace is entirely up to you. From assessment to implementation, we're your dedicated partners in building a robust talent management ecosystem that drives long-term success.
Below are some of the activities we can help your organisation with, to unleash the power of the talent you already possess:
